Claudine is a real people person, having spent over 30 years in people and business management. Having always found the most rewarding part of her roles being the people she’s met and supported.

As the House Manager at The Manor, Claudine is relishing in her role, getting to know the residents including having the occasional cup of coffee together.

Claudine’s aim is that The Manor is much more than a place to live, that it’s happy, friendly and welcoming where people feel comfortable, connected and very much part of a community. Claudine has an open-door policy so that residents can feel supported, listened to and if a problem arises assists in finding a practical timley solution.  Claudine very much enjoys her role espeically if she can brighten someone’s day or help to make something a bit easier.
