Last week Pat Chadwick one of our House Managers celebrated 30 years working as the House Manager at two of our developments in Wilmslow, Cheshire Lynwood and Beechfield.

An amazing achievement, Pat has shown empathy, compassion, commitment and pure hard work and dedication to the residents and families whilst ensuring that both buildings are maintained to a high standard.

Pat has witnessed many changes over the years with lots of ups and downs along the way, Pat was supported in her role for many years by her wonderful Husband Harry until his passing in 2014.  A much missed part of Lynwood. But Pats resilience and smile has ensured that life continues as she continues to work and dedicate so much time to the buildings and life at Beechfield and Lynwood.
