Jo works as our Lead Area Manager responsible for our House Manager training. Jo has worked in retirement property management for 35 years. Prior to joining Commerson in 2014, Jo worked in the Housing Association sector for most of those 35 years, managing a portfolio of shared ownership, rented, leasehold and freehold retirement property. Additionally, whilst working in Strategic Projects Jo also led a Homeownership Service improvement project collaborating with homeowners to achieve more clarity and better information for customers. Jo has qualifications in both Housing Management and the Chartered Management Institute.

Outside work, she enjoys travel, socialising, live music and long walks by the sea.
